Large villas for groups on the Athens Riviera

A large group on this coast usually means two or three families, or a party of friends who want one house rather than a floor of hotel rooms. We list a villa here when it sleeps at least twelve. The point is a single check-in, a kitchen that can feed everyone, and a pool that holds the group at the same time.

How the houses are organised

The useful ones have more than one living room, or a bedroom wing that can close. Children and grandparents do not keep the same hours. Lagonisi and parts of Voula are the easiest fit because the plots are larger. Glyfada works when the group also wants restaurants and the marina within a short drive, and when some guests are arriving at different times from the airport.

A house that sleeps twelve is not automatically a wedding venue. Celebrations have their own page, villas for events, because the owner's permission is different.

The practical parts

Parking is the detail that breaks a large booking. Ask how many cars the drive actually takes, and whether a second transfer from ATH makes more sense than six hire cars. The airport is about 25 minutes from Glyfada in light traffic and longer on a Friday evening in July.

One host is the contact for the whole stay: keys, the chef, a broken air-conditioner, the beach reservation. You should not have to coordinate the owner yourself. What counts as a large group?

Twelve guests or more. If you are eight, the main collection and the pool villas will have more choice. Tell us the real number, including children, because sofa beds are not the same as bedrooms.

Are there houses for twenty?

Sometimes, mostly further south toward Lagonisi and Saronida. They are fewer, and the minimum stay is longer in August. If nothing is published for your dates, write to us anyway. Some houses are offered privately before they appear on the site.

Can the group eat in?

Yes. A private chef is the usual answer for the first and last night, with tavernas in Glyfada or Vouliagmeni on the evenings you want to go out. The kitchen has to be part of the booking, not an assumption.
